The Prince and The Beast...

Here, I try and show you how we tend to see a problem superficially and hence work out a hasty solution without understanding the root cause. In such cases we may solve our problems temporarily but not effectively.. The key is identifying and addressing the real cause.. read on and see what I mean..

In a faraway land..
there lived a hideous beast
Had fun in terrorising people
on their fear he wud feast

Men wud turn pale..
women would shiver
children would run screaming
and babies would begin to wail

The Prince was worried..
for this he could not bear
to see his people harrassed
and living in mortal fear

He took a long and winding trip..
to the beastly lair
armed with his mighty sword
to slay the beast he wud dare

On reaching the beast's abode..
he geared up for the worst
to plan out his attack mode
he decided to watch first

The beast came out of his den..
and much to the princes suprise
he began to play with a pretty butterfly
as if he was a kid in disguise

He would laugh and giggle..
and his nose he wud wiggle
but then the beauty flew away
and the beast grew sad as he did everyday.

Realisation struck the prince..
which hadn't occured to him at first
the beast was just lonely
for it was love for which he thirst

The noble prince sheathed his sword..
and sent the beast food and laughter galore
With happiness back in his life
The beast is a beast no more..
